Pre-paid reservations via online and telephone are mandatory due to new CDC safety guidelines to avoid contact. We understand the importance of your safety during these unprecedented times.  

All staff & customers are kept safe by filling out a COVID-19 symptom questionnaire before coming into contact with our carriages. 

We will take extra precautions and disinfect passenger seating areas between each tour to ensure customers are entering clean and sanitized carriages. 

All drives will be monitored before their shifts with a digital thermometer to ensure they are healthy. Drivers will always have face coverings during tours. There will be complimentary facemasks available for passengers as well. 

All horse-drawn carriage drivers will provide freehand sanitizing before, during, and after your Central Park horse carriage ride.
